Driver - Roadside Assistance

Towtal Roadside Solutions is seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our roadside assistance team as service providers. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who take pride in helping people and working in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment while representing one of the most trusted brands in Canada.

Compensation

Monthly earnings range: $3,000 – $4,000

Additional earnings available through:

• Performance bonuses
• Tips

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency roadside assistance services in high-volume service areas
• Work safely on busy roadways and in varying weather conditions
• Comply with all safety standards, municipal regulations, and subcontractor requirements
• Meet or exceed service quality and performance standards set by the contracting organization
• Communicate battery test results to customers and perform battery sales and installations when required
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service during all service interactions

Schedule & Working Conditions

• Availability for extended shifts, including up to 12 hours per day and up to 6 days per week
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and in adverse weather conditions
• Vehicle may be taken home, subject to company policy

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years holding a valid G driver’s licence
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Clean criminal and judicial matters background check
• Strong customer service and sales communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to service vehicles
• Comfortable working alone in roadside environments

Subcontractor Requirements

• Willingness to incorporate
• Government incorporation fee: approximately $200 (additional fees may apply)
• Must provide own basic tools
• Must have a newer smartphone with a data plan for:
• Receiving service calls
• GPS navigation
• Email and electronic communications
